1. All personnel who create or edit content for the purposes of uploading it to a Learning Management System are to ensure that the classification of the material is suitable for the platform.
a. Any declassification of material is to follow the procedures set out IAW ref A.
b. Originators of content are to understand their responsibilities IAW ref B.
2. It is the responsibility of all users of the LMS that any material submitted is not likely to cause harm to national interests IAW ref C.
3. IAW ref D all users of NZ Army/NZDF LMS are not to disclose or redistribute any material on the LMS to any unauthorised systems or personnel.
4. All users of NZ Army/NZDF LMS are to ensure they read and understand their responsibilities IAW ref E.
